I know that... because that was my reality.
In 2021 my coaching business was flying, but I was not.
I was fully booked with clients, but I was busting my ass working every hour of the day (including weekends to 'catch up'), I was tired and low energy, and I kept missing family engagements, or if I was there, I was feeling bad because there was something I needed to be doing in the business. So I wasn't present.
All whilst not yet earning the kind of money that I wanted and wondering how to break out of that cycle... that’s not why I created my business.
So I muddled together the best of what I knew at the time, packaged it into a framework that would get people results, I got scrappy, and I launched my first group programme. And 12 x people signed up.
I was now serving 12 x people in the time that I had been serving 1 🤯
My mind was BLOWN.
Which was incredible, but it was a HOT MESS behind the scenes... No systems, no automations, zero process... just me zooming around doing everything by hand in the moment. I KNEW I needed to do things differently.
That first launch gave me a massive revenue breakthrough , but it also created a f*ck ton of work and some hard lessons about how NOT to launch.
Fast forward to now, where i've:

Created a process that allows me to have the MOST fun while launching, which makes clients WANT to come on board!
Built a brand that allows me to sign clients at any time of day or night regardless of being in a launch or not - my content does the selling for me

When/how will the calls take place?

What is the format of the mastermind?
For the trainings, these are self-paced and accessible immediately for you to binge through at your own pace and implement as you go. There are action steps at each phase to complete before moving ahead. For the coaching, we have weekly mastermind calls to give you hotseat coaching, plus you have the community portal for daily support with other members inside the YFF community in between calls.
How much time will this programme take?
To complete the trainings, allow approx 1-2 hours per week for learning, and another 1-2 hours for implementation. Of course you can do more to complete the programme faster to spend more time launching and refining your skills. When it comes to planning & carrying out the launch of your offer, your timeline will depend on the size of your audience, your email list and how warm your audience is atm. If you've not launched before or haven't got a loyal community yet, allow longer in your launch timeline to build these things up.
